Moving is Magic!

Students from West Potomac Academy's Physical Therapy Chapter of Virginia HOSA, Future Health Professionals led participating children through age appropriate activities that taught what physical and occupational therapists do to help people become active and stay active.  They included topics such as the importance of good posture, the importance of staying active and keeping muscles strong, how muscles work, and how to use a goniometer to measure elbow joint range of motion.
