Jamie Carfang grew up in Pennsylvania and went to Bridgewater College in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, where she majored in Family and Consumer Science. She comes from a teaching background and also has industry experience.  Ms. Carfang is currently finishing her Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology with an endorsement in ESOL at UVA. She is married and has a son. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and exploring new places, working out, kayaking, hiking, watching sports and spending time with her family and friends.

Ms. Carfang joined West Potomac Academy in 2016 after teaching at Falls Church Academy.
