West Potomac Academy is very fortunate to have business and community members partnering with us to provide our students with career experience opportunities that prepare them for higher education and the workforce. Our partners offer their time and expertise in providing guest speakers, hosting professional workshops, presenting master classes, facilitating collaborative projects, offering job shadowing opportunities, internships, clinical observations, and employment. Such practical applications extend learning beyond classroom walls and better prepare students with workforce development skills and confidence necessary to enter their chosen career field.
