Criminal Justice Guest Speaker Series – 2^nd Quarter

Mr. Ben'Ary, Federal Prosecutor, US Attorney's Office- Mr. Ben'Ary's presentation to our criminal justice students covered his career path to becoming a prosecuting attorney.  To further enhance the knowledge of our students, he provided some insight to a criminal case that was prosecuted by his office.     The presentation consisted of various evidentiary information along with crime scene photos used to bring about a conviction.  This presentation gave a more in-depth aspect of the importance of courtroom procedures and communication in presenting evidence with the goal of obtaining a conviction beyond a reasonable doubt.
