West Potomac Academy Ambassadors Visit Middle and Elementary Schools

Sandburg Parent Connection Night
Academy Ambassadors participated in Sandburg Parent Connection Night on February 22nd at Martha Washington Library. About 50 parents were in attendance to learn about various supports and programing available to students as they transition to high school. Ambassadors served on a panel to answer questions and speak about their experiences taking academy courses. Parents all left wishing they could sign up for academy classes too! 

Young Scholars Conference
Academy Ambassadors represented West Potomac Academy at the Young Scholars Conference on March 25th at Stratford Landing Elementary School. About 75 students and families were in attendance to learn about the many different pathways and programs for Young Scholars as they transition from elementary to secondary levels. Ambassadors had a booth to advertise West Potomac Academy, and they spoke with parents and families about the amazing classes and opportunities we offer. 

Next, we will be headed to Sandburg Middle School’s Inspire Conference on April 22nd.
