Inova Medical Group welcomed Medical Asssitant students to participate in Clinical Shadows in their Medical Clinical Specialty Facilities this school year.  Students were able to apply for a shadow opportunity throughout the school year.  More than 30 students were able to shadow before Covid-19 closed down the schools, which included all career experiences opportunities.  

Each year at the conclusion of the Clinical Shadows, Inova Medical Group hosts a Career Fair to share the employment opportunities within Inova.  This year's Career Fair was done virtually and Medical Assisting students were able to participate through their distance learning.  The Career Fair was hosted by the Inova HR Director, IMG Director of Nursing, Inova Director or Education, Inova Recruiter, and WPA Career Experience Specialist.
