West Potomac Academy in Partnership with Giant Pharmacy hosted 12 Pharmacy Technician, Level 2 students this year for Internships. 

Six Pharm Tech students are participating in the Internship Course Program where students earn 280 hours working the pharmacy and receive a high school credit for this experience.  Two of those students have since been employed by Giant Pharmacy. 

Six more Pharm Tech students are completing 40-60 hours this Spring in Giant Pharmacies.  

All participating Interns will have the opportunity to apply for employment upon completing their National Pharm Board Certification and graduate from high school.
