2024 Trilogy Internship Program

FCPS Ignite Partner, Trilogy Sound Studio hosted three WPA Music and Computer Technology studnets for an Internship Program. There was an interview and audition process and three students were chosen, Leandro Arriaza Guevara, Gabriel Titus, Samuel Azarian. 

Beyond producing and composing music, each intern was assigned a "Job Role" and collaborated with each other to accomplish their goals:

- Sam was the Researcher, and he was in charge of finding local talent and curating music playlists and connecting them to our community.

- Leandro was the Videographer, he was in charge of capturing the internship experience in video format, telling the story of their time at the studio. He will be creating a recap at the end of the internship. 

- Gabriel was our Blogger, he wrote a weekly blog, highlighting what the interns have learned each week and reflecting on their experience. 

All of these roles required teamwork, planning and creativity.  This was an awesome way to encourage our interns to take ownership and build confidence in the workplace.
